Warranty & Returns

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Strap-in Bands offers easy and hassle free returns. In the event that you order the wrong size or colour, or simply don't like the band you received, you have 30 days to return it (providing it is unused and in original condition). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

To get started, just contact our support team at hello@strapin.com.au or via our contact page via our website. If you wish to return your order, we will supply you with all of the details required.

Options for returns include:

  • A choice of replacement item(s)
  • Store credit, or
  • A full refund (note that refunds will only be processed to the payment method originally used for the purchase).

 

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED

We will happily provide you with a replacement or refund if your product is faulty, damange, incorrect, or not as described. We promise this doesn’t happen very often, but mistakes can happen. Please contact us via our 'Contact' page and we'll make sure the situation is remedied as fast as possible.

If a product arrives with any kind of damage, please take a photograph of the damage and the state of the packaging to attached to your warranty claim.

INCORRECT ADDRESS BY CUSTOMER

If you enter an incorrect address (i.e missing unit / flat number, un-deliverable house number etc), there are several scenarios and options.

1. If the product is not delivered and is returned to us, we will provide a full refund of the order cost minus a nominal fee ($15) to cover Australia Post’s return to sender fee and our initial postage.
2. If the product is delivered to the correct address as entered at check-out we will not be able to refund you. This applies even if the address entered at check-out was not the intended address. Regrettably, this policy is in place to protect Strap-in Bands for fraudulent behavior. 

ITEM NOT COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO US

If the product is not collected within the time that Australia Post allow and is returned to us, we will provide a full refund of the order cost minus $15 to cover Australia Post’s return to sender fee and our initial postage.

CHANGE ADDRESS (WHILST IN TRANSIT)

If you have any reason to change the delivery address whilst your order is in transit, we can request a redirect with Australia Post. This has a $10 fee which will be charged to the payment method used during check-out.

Warranty

Should your product be defective, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will happily exchange or refund the product. For these situations, the return shipping cost will be covered by Strap-in Bands. 

We have a 12 month warranty on all our bands. For faulty bands we can offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund (note that refunds will only be processed to the payment method originally used for the purchase).
